Travel Business Class
The journey begins with preparation. Fresh water is carefully poured into the Procona bucket, creating a luxurious hydration environment for the flowers. The rectangular design ensures optimal pallet loading — up to 25% more efficient than traditional round buckets. Every journey starts with the perfect foundation.
Flowers Go On Board
Flowers are carefully placed in the refreshing water, immediately beginning their hydrated journey. Unlike traditional dry transport, Procona keeps stems submerged throughout the entire supply chain. This means your flowers arrive looking just as fresh as when they were cut — maintaining color, firmness, and vase life.
Privacy Guaranteed
A protective collar is placed around the flowers, shielding them from damage and providing structural support. Available in FSC-certified recyclable cardboard or reusable polypropylene (PP5, reusable 40–50 times), collars come in multiple heights to perfectly match stem length. Custom printing transforms the collar into a branded display.
Premium Closing
A ventilating lid is placed on top, creating a protected microclimate. The specially designed ventilation openings allow fresh air to flow in while warm, moist air from the flowers escapes. Even Proconas in the middle of a full pallet receive proper ventilation. The transparent design allows visual inspection without unpacking.
Safety On Board
A strap is secured around the complete package — bucket, collar, and lid — providing extra security and stability. The entire package can be lifted by the strap, making handling efficient and safe. Stacking ridges on the lid ensure that Proconas placed on top slide into position and remain stable during transport.
Final Destination Reached
The flowers arrive in top condition at their destination — even those packed in the middle of a full pallet! Simply remove the lid and collar, and the flowers are ready to shine. Place them directly in one of Pagter’s display systems for a stunning retail presentation. No repackaging needed — that’s Retail Ready packaging.
